The Downs Altrincham
We completely transformed this house by adding a huge amount of extra living space for the home owner and their children. A truly stunning finish, which we are very proud of, as is our customer.
Bentinck Road Altrincham
This stunning property in Altrincham should have always made more use of its cellar, but as is often the case the space below the house was disused for years. We really brought the basement to life again installing modern fittings and fixtures enabling the owner to really make the most of this great new living space.
Alderly Edge
This very large property had a 1.5m extension installed and not long after completion developed water ingress problems in areas. Chestergate was recommended to the owner to be the best company around to investigate and resolve the water ingress problem that was affecting internal decoration and areas of the external stone walls . After exposing poor design and building works by others we redesigned drainage issues and installed cavity membrane system to areas of the internal walls with water control management system to resolve the water ingress issues affecting the property.
Bower Road Hale
This conversion provide the family with a new bathroom ,utility room, tv room and hallway with storage and an area for wine storage.
Vicarage Lane Bowdon
This is stage one of a two stage project, first stage is a new located side external doorway opening onto
a new modern staircase with a completely new basement entrance into the basement area with a new larger kitchen and velux roof windows installed . The Basement conversion is to be to be carried out in stage two at a later date.
